How the Party Works
The party scenario is made up of game challenges to suit every taste, which have the children running, jumping, climbing, and riding the rope and rings. In each challenge, participants split into teams and compete for prizes or solve quests. We run every party without animators, clowns, or other standard characters – the challenges are hosted by qualified climbing instructors experienced in working with children. Our kids’ parties are equally fun for boys and girls. This scenario best suits the expectations of children aged 6-13.

How long does the party last?
The sports program lasts 1.5-2 hours
How many children can be invited to the party? What age?
Number of children: 6-15, aged 6 and up
Are there any restrictions on children's participation?
Children’s physical fitness doesn’t matter. If you have any doubts, please consult with the organizers
Are parents allowed to be present?
Parents can be present and cheer for the children – we have seating for spectators (max. 10 people)
Is a party table provided?
You can arrange a tea party with your own cake and pizza (the standard party program includes 30 minutes of free time for this)
Is any equipment or preparation needed?
No special equipment or preparation is needed. Please bring comfortable sports shoes to change into (sneakers or climbing shoes preferred), hair ties for girls, and sportswear
Is it safe?
Parties on the climbing wall are safe as long as the children follow the safety rules explained to them by the hosts. You can help by explaining to your child how important it is to follow the rules and listen to the coaches’ instructions
What time can the party be scheduled?
- Weekdays 10:00 – 16:00
- Sat, Sun 10:00 – 12:00 and 18:00 – 20:00
Will there be anyone else in the gym besides us?
No, the gym is closed to other visitors for the duration of the party
How much does the party cost?
The cost of the party depends on the program you choose
How do I book a birthday party?
You can learn more about our parties and book a time with Olena, our party organizer. You can also come visit us at the gym to see the venue in person
We’d appreciate it if you could book in advance, at least a week and a half before the event date. The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance the gym will be available on your chosen day
